The gruesome gangrape and murder case in Hathras has shaken the entire nation and exposed the ill preparations of state governments to fight crime against women. Taking a lesson from the inhumane incident, the Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government is setting up a 'Data Analytical Centre' under women power line 1090 on an urgent basis to "strengthen the safety measures for women under a safe city".
