Siberian prison set in fire after an inmate riot

Massive fire destroyed large portion of a prison in Siberia after a riot by inmates. The area surrounding the Penal Colony No 15 in Angarsk is under a lockdown and security forces have been deployed. There are unconfirmed reports of casualties. Russian authorities claimed the inmates had attacked a guard who was rushed to a nearby hospital. But, reports say riot started after an inmate was beaten by a prison officer.
