In a shocking incident, Shankar Hangud, an Indian-American man casually walked into the Mount Shasta Police Station in Roseville, Northern California on Monday and told the cops that he was carrying a dead body in the car. Before the cops could process what they just heard, the man revealed another shocking incident and admitted of killing 3 more people in his apartment Roseville, about 260 miles south of Mount Shasta.
