Rwanda genocide main suspect arrested in France

Félicien Kabuga, the most wanted suspects of the infamous Rwanda genocide, has been arrested near Paris. He was detained in Asnières-sur-Seine where he was living under a false identity. The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda has charged the 84-year-old with crimes against humanity. He had allegedly financed the ethnic Hutu extremists who slaughtered 800,000 people of the minority Tutsi community in 1994.
