Russia arrests conman for building fake border with Finland

Russian FSB border guard arrested a con man for allegedly making fake border posts to convince migrant workers that they had entered Finland when in reality they enter the Russian town Vyborg. The unidentified man promised migrant workers he can smuggle them into European Union country with the help of mock border posts to enter Finland, an EU member country. He used to target mainly South Asian migrants.
