Police were called in to investigate theft aboard SAA flight SA 286, which landed at the Hong Kong International Airport. Passengers aboard the flight complained about theft of cash and jewellery to the crew and also pointed out a few suspects. However, the police had to release the suspects after no evidence was found. The valuables were later mysteriously found on the passenger's seats by the cleaning crew.
