The Calcutta High Court has directed the West Bengal Police to register the cases of all victims of post-poll violence. The court also ordered the state government to provide medical treatment and ration to all the victims who were attacked after the victory of the Trinamool Congress' in the assembly elections. In addition, the court directed the Bengal chief secretary to preserve all documents related to post-poll violence.
