Probe found several Supreme Court listings to be 'bench-fixed'

AK Patnaik, the former Supreme Court judge, has completed his enquiry and investigations into the allegations that middlemen and fixers often try to manipulate listing of matters in the SC registry for hearing before benches. The report says that there are several instances that were found to be true. Justice Patnaik is expected to submit the report to the SC either by the end of August or by the first week of September.
