According to a chargesheet filed by the National Investigation Agency last month, the suspended Jammu and Kashmir Police DSP Davinder Singh provided safe passage to the terrorists and leaked information about the deployment of Indian security forces. He was in touch with Islamabad through Shafkat Jatoi alias Hussain. Pakistani establishment wanted him to establish his connections in the Ministry of External Affairs as well.
