The Supreme Court today rejected a plea filed by one of the death row convicts in the Nirbhaya gangrape case, Mukesh, seeking to refile curative and mercy petitions. The Apex Court has ordered dismissed as withdrawn, the petition filed by Mukesh, seeking action against his former lawyer Vrinda Grover. Justice Mishra said "the petition is not maintainable," while rejecting the petition. The convicts will be hanged on March 20.
