Nirbhaya Case: 1 convict moves SC claiming he was Juvenile in 2012 after fresh death warrant

A Delhi court today issued a fresh death warrant to the four convicts in the 2012 Nirbhaya gangrape murder case. The court has ordered the four convicts to be hanged on February 1 at 6 am. The four convicts are Mukesh Singh, Vinay Sharma, Akshay Kumar Singh, Pawan Gupta. Pawan Gupta, meanwhile, has moved the Supreme Court, claiming he was a juvenile at the time of incident in 2012 and should be tried accordingly.
