NIA files case against Davinder Singh under UAPA, suspended DSP likely to be brought Delhi

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a case against suspended J&K Police DSP Davinder Singh under the Arms Act and the UAPA. The NIA registered a case under sections 18, 19, 20 and 38, 39 of the UAPA. A team will likely go to Jammu and Kashmir on Monday to fetch Davinder to Delhi. The NIA's forensic expert team will seize the AK-47, hand grenades, pistol, and mobile phone recovered from Davinder.
