New Delhi, the most unsafe city for women in India

The data and the reports say New Delhi is the most unsafe city in India. According to the data from Delhi police, on an average every day 5 women were raped and 8 women were molested every day in the National Capital in 2018. The last year 2043 rape cases were registered and the number of molestation cases registered was 3,175 which was 2,065 and 4,032 in 2016. In 94% of the cases, the offender was known to the victim.
