It has been informed by an official on Thursday, that the alleged suicide case of Mumbai doctor Payal Tadvi has been transferred to the Mumbai Police crime branch, who will now investigate the death. It is being said that the junior doctor suicide after being harassed by 3 lady doctors who passed casteist slurs against her. DCP Manjunath Singte said looking at the seriousness of the case the decision has been taken.
