Mexican voters were left shocked as a man threw a severed head at a voting station in the Terrazas del Valle neighborhood of the border city of Tijuana on Sunday. The past few years have been full of killings and bloodbaths for Mexican politicians. According to security consultancy Etellekt, 91 politicians have been killed in 910 attacks in this political cycle. There were 17.5% more attacks in this cycle as compared to 2017-18.
