Man kills 5 with bow and arrow in Norway's capital

In a horrific incident, a man armed with a bow and arrows, killed as many as 5 people near the Norwegian capital of Oslo. The incident happened on Wednesday after which the attacker was arrested. “Based on the information we have, there is one person behind this,” Police Chief Oeying Aas said. Acting Prime Minister Erna Solberg said the attack was a “gruesome” act. Two others were left wounded in the incident.
