Man booked for rape for penetrating wood piece in 5-year-old daughter’s private parts

An offence of rape has been registered against a 35-year-old man for allegedly inserting a wood piece in the private parts of his five-year-old daughter at a slum near Sola locality in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad on Thursday. The minor was left bleeding after the gruesome incident. The survivor, her three sisters and their father were at home. Their mother, who earns by working as a daily wager, was out to seek work when the incident occur.
