Los Angeles murderer nicknamed "Hollywood Ripper" sentenced to death

Michael Gargiulo, a 45-year-old convicted murderer has been sentenced to death. Nicknamed "Hollywood Ripper", the man has been convicted for the killings of two women in the 2000s. Apart from two murders, Gargiulo was also convicted of one count of attempted murder. The convict pleaded not guilty to all charges while insisting that he was innocent. The victims of Gargiulo included 22-year-old Ashley Ellerin.
