Liquor worth Rs 5 lakh has been seized from a reputed institution in Gujarat's Rajkot and it has left the Gujarat administration in hot waters as it’s an 'alcohol-free' or 'dry' state. The sale and purchase of liquor are completely banned in Gujarat. The liquor bottles were discovered after a raid at an institution named Rashtriya Shala which has immense importance to India as Mahatma Gandhi fasted here in 1924.
