A Delhi court on Thursday adjourned hearing on a petition filed by the parents of Nirbhaya for fresh death warrants for the four convicts till 2 pm on Monday. “The right of legal aid flow from Article 21 of the Indian Constitution which makes no distinction between a law-abiding citizen and a condemned convict while protecting life and liberty against any unlawful violation,” Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana said.
