Sessy Xavier, a native of Kuttanad's Ramankary, was a practicing lawyer in Alappuzha and was appointed as an advocate commissioner in cases. However, an anonymous letter stating that she lacks a legal degree compelled her to escape, and no one knows where she is now. Following this, a case was brought against her under numerous sections, including 420 IPC, which deals with cheating and dishonestly forcing the handover of property.
