An Iranian national named Hamed Akbari, who was living in India for over 11 years has been detained, the clever man was living under the mask of Buddhish monk to deceive people. He was arrested while attempting to cross over to Nepal without valid documents at the Indo-Nepal border in East Champaran district of Bihar. Akbari is a resident of the Rajakan area of Tehran, said AK Pankaj, DSP immigration posted at Raxaul.
