In just 6 missed calls a businessman lost Rs 1.86 crore

To cheat people here's a new technique called SIM swapping. V Shah, a businessman in Mahim became a victim of it and lost Rs 1.86 cr from his firm's bank account. It was around 2 am in the morning when he received 6 missed calls on his phone and one of those numbers was having UK's dialling code. When he called back on these numbers his SIM got deactivated. He contacted a mobile service provider to hear he blocked his own SIM.
