Illegal Bangladeshi immigrants booked in Bengaluru

Bengaluru police have arrested a group of 30 Bangladeshi nationals who were staying without any visa. These illegal immigrants were booked under the Foreigners Act and the deportation process has already been initiated. The major crackdown comes after BS Yediyurappa-led Karnataka government had backed the National Register of Citizens (NRC) to point out the illegal immigrants living in the state earlier this month.
