Hyderabad North Zone Task force have arrested a serial killer who targeted women and has 21 cases against him. The accused identified as M Ramulu has been sentenced to life imprisonment in another murder case. 45-year-old Ramulu was arrested in connection with the murders of 50-year-old Venkatagiri and another woman from Baanagar. The accused "targeted women coming to toddy compounds and used to steal their valuables."
