Hacker group The Dark Overlord has threatened that they would leak secret information stolen from government agencies and insurers about 9/11 unless they're paid sufficiently. They claimed that the documents will answer many unanswered questions regarding the terrorist attack that shook the world. They claimed to have 18,000 secret documents in their hand. The Dark Overlord is a professional adversarial threat group.
