GPS data from the smartwatch helped police in pinning down the killer

Do you think smartwatches are only for tracking your health? Well, think again. Recently, in the UK, a fitness tracker helped the police to arrest a killer. Mark Fellows was arrested in 2018 accused of the murder of a rival gang leader in 2015. In 2018, police found a GPS jammer in his car which was not installed in 2015. Cops pulled out the location data and compared it with the CCTV footage to make the case against him.
