Cardinal George Pell has been found guilty of child sexual abuse. Pell is the third most senior Catholic in the world and is on leave from his role in Rome. On December 11th, the jury delivered a unanimous verdict in Melbourne's county court and he is due to be sentenced next week. However, he could be taken into custody at a plea hearing on Wednesday. The case has caused a shock wave through the Catholic group.
