Former marine, cleared of suspected PTSD, identified as California bar gunman

A 28-year-old former marine, Ian David Long has been identified as the suspect, who gunned down 12 people with a .45-caliber handgun at Borderline Bar and Grill in Los Angeles. Long, previously guilty of traffic collision and suspected to be suffering from PTSD had been cleared by mental health specialists. No motive or connection between Long and the bar has been found yet but the police believe that he shot himself.
