District in-charge of Vishwa Hindu Parishad's ‘gau raksha’ wing shot dead in Hoshangabad, Madhya Pradesh

A Vishwa Hindu Parishad functionary attached to its cow protection wing was killed in a brutal attack in Pipariya town of Hoshangabad district, Madhya Pradesh. The incident happened on Saturday. As per the police, the deceased man, Ravi Vishwakarma (35) was the district in charge of the VHP’s ‘gau raksha’ wing and he was returning from Hoshangabad when he was attacked by sharp weapons by a group of 10 people and then shot dead.
