DGCA official kidnapped by Delhi contractor for not allowing him to use toilet during flight landing

In a bizarre move, a Directorate General of Civil Aviation official was kidnapped by a Delhi-based contractor after he did not allow the contractor to use the toilet in the plane while it was preparing to land. The contractor, Vaibhav Chaturvedi (24) took the help of his taxi driver friend, Kuwar Singh (37) to kidnap the DGCA staffer. The two have been arrested by the police. The DGCA staffer has been identified as Surender Prasad.
