Days before accident, Unnao survivor complained to the CJI about being threatened

Unnao rape survivor had written to the Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi about men coming to their house and threatening them. She wrote the letter on 12th of July and the family witnessed a tragic accident on Sunday 28th July. The survivor's mother also complained to the Uttar Pradesh police on 13th July about the threats and attacks. They said that the MLA is using his influence to harass the family from inside the prison.
