Even as the country rages after the brutal rape case in Hathras, another Dalit woman was allegedly brutally gang-raped and killed in Uttar Pradesh's Balrampur on Tuesday. A 22-year-old Dalit girl, who was in B.com's second year, was raped and brutalised in the Gaisari village of Balrampur. The victim had gone to a college in a nearby town to pay her fees and was abducted on her way back home by 2 men who have now been arrested.
