Cuttack police arrest 4 in connection with BJP leader, aide's murder

Four people have been arrested by the Cuttack police in connection with the double murder of BJP leader Kulamani Baral and his associate Dibyasingha Baral in Odisha's Mahanga block. The four arrested people include prime accused Panchanan Sethi. Arabinda Khatua (27), Khitish Acharya (45) and Lalit Mohan Baral (75) are the other three accused. The two men were returning home on a motorcycle when they were attacked 3 days ago.
