Coronavirus: 59 arrested for attacking civic bodies in Bengaluru

Bengaluru police have arrested 59 people for attacking civic bodies including health workers on Sunday night when they reached the area reportedly to take suspected Covid-19 patients in quarantine. Padarayanapura has been declared a red zone and officials of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike. 15 secondary contacts of a coronavirus patient have been identified. The Chief Minister met the senior cops after the incident.
