Chester Police charges British nurse with murder of 8 babies

In a horrific incident, a nurse in the northwestern English city Chester has been charged with the murder of 8 babies and attempted murders of 10 other babies. The 30-year-old nurse has been identified as Lucy Letby. Chester Police arrested Letby on Tuesday. She committed the crimes at Chester Hospital between June 2015 and June 2016. The nurse was arrested earlier as well but was released without charge in 2018 and 2019.
