Black man who dropped gun was shot by Los Angeles deputies, says Police

According to the security authorities in Los Angeles, a Black man was shot and killed by Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies after he was stopped for a traffic violation while riding a bike. The man ran from police, punched one officer and then "made a motion" toward a gun on the ground. The Black man has been identified as Dijon Kizzee. The incident was followed by a peaceful protest a few hours later.
