Bihar man caught on camera while spitting on Rotis, gets arrested

Days after a video showing a man spitting on Rotis (flatbreads) in a function went viral, the 25-year-old man has been arrested. The man arrested on Wednesday has been identified as Khalik, a resident of Kishanganj district in Bihar. A case has been registered against Khalik under relevant sections of the IPC. Earlier this year, two men were arrested in Delhi after a similar video showing them spitting on roti went viral.
