Islamist group al Shabaab, an ally of Al Qaeda, on Monday, claimed responsibility for a bomb blast in Mogadishu that killed at least 90 people over the weekend. It was the deadliest terrorist attack in more than two years in Somalia. The terrorist organisation claimed responsibility for the bombing in an audio message. The blast targeted a convoy of Turkish and Somali forces and they suffered great loss.
