CBI raided Tamil Nadu Health Minister C Vijayabaskar's premises for the second time in two years. He is the first state minister to come under the scrutiny of the IT department and CBI. While he was probed for tax evasion and using the black money for bypolls in 2017, a present raid was carried out to check for payments taken from a Gutka manufacturer. DMK, PMK and CPI(M) have demanded his resignation.
