The National Crime Agency (NCA) of the United Kingdom has announced the discovery of nearly a tonne of cocaine worth 80 million pound. The narcotics are thought to have come from South America. Passers-by spotted them yesterday, alerting local police, who confiscated the bundles and transported them to a secure place. Although samples tested positive for cocaine, a thorough forensic study will be conducted.
