Seven people were injured, when two shooters open fired at a crowd outside a hookah lounge in Baltimore on Sunday. Talking about the unidentified suspect, Police Colonel Richard Worley said, "The criminals are just brazen. This guy gets out of a car with a rifle, not even a handgun, walks up the street and just opens fire on a line of people. The wounded have been rushed to hospitals for treatment."
