4 arrested for stripping woman naked in Karnataka after video goes viral

The Karnataka Police have arrested four people for assaulting a woman and stripping her naked. The four persons were held after a video of the woman being stripped naked and getting assaulted went viral. According to Yadgir Superintendent of Police C B Vedamurthy, a case has been registered against the accused under various sections of IPC and the SC ST Act, based on the woman's statement. The men also beat the woman with a stick.
