17 draft charges submitted against Elgar Parishad Case accused by NIA

The National Intelligence Agency has submitted 17 draft charges against the accused in the Elgar Parishad-Bhima Koregaon case under various sections of the Unlawful Activities (Protection) Act. The agency has named 15 accused in the case including Father Stan Swamy. The agency claimed that the accused aimed to establish a Jantana Sarkar through revolution and armed struggle, by seizing the power from the state.
