Car sharing platform Zoomcar on Friday said it has signed a merger agreement with Innovative International Acquisition Corp a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company and subsequently become a publicly listed entity on Nasdaq. The transaction value of the combined company was at around USD 456 million.
