Zomato Talent Directory: Zomato builds laid-off employees directory for placement

COVID-19 had led the food delivery app Zomato to lay off nearly 13% of its workforce. But, it came up with a new initiative called Zomato Talent Directory which contains a list of people from several roles such as designers, analysts, associates, video editors, training leads & team leads; with their social media links, resumes and work history. Zomato CEO Goyal has requested all firms that are hiring to review its directory.
