Flipkart is known for being the most successful start-up story but very few people know that it would not have happened had Infibeam had its way. A new book on Flipkart revealed the founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal had nearly sold off their company in 2008. Infibeam offered to buy Flipkart and offered the founders to move to Ahmedabad to work for Infibeam for a salary of Rs 15000 per month.
