The Enforcement Directorate has conducted an investigation into the alleged corrupt practices in approval of Rs 1,875-crore loans by the bank to the corporate group at the residence of ex-CEO and MD of ICICI Bank, Chanda Kochhar, his husband Deepak Kochhar's office of Nupower Renewables Pvt Ltd and Videocon's chief Venugopal Dhoot's home. The criminal case against them was filed on 2nd February.
