Ummeed Housing Finance raised Rs 164cr in Series D

A fund that is managed by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, has invested Rs 164 crore in Ummeed Housing Finance. Gurugram-based Ummeed Housing finance is going to use the fresh capital to expand into newer geographies while strengthening its technology platform along with a focus on creating state-of-the-art underwriting practice. The fresh fund has been raised after a long gap of 18 months.
