Uber’s Chief Product Officer Manik Gupta has announced that he is stepping down from the company. Gupta's last working day will be December 13. He wrote a letter to the company and said he took the tough decision during such an important time for the company, after discussing with his family and the CEO of Uber Dara Khosrowshahi. Manik will be staying on for a while during the transition as Uber does not have another CPO.
